Krystalin (Krys Porter/Ruth Kristen) first appears in X-Men (2099) #1. She has the ability to gather and consolidate mineral content from the atmosphere into hardened crystals that she can, in turn, use as weapons or to encase and freeze an enemy.

I actually have all these issues of X Man 2099. It wasnt a bad comic.
Let me search to extra information about Krystalin.............During the comic book, no other name was given to Krystalin than "Krys"--a shortening of her codename. However, on her trading card it gave her name as Ruth Kristen
